1. ORDBR MD. NURUL HUDA (CHAIRMAN).--The petitioner Habibu Rahman was serving as a Cook under the Ajmeer Hotel. He was driven out of the employment on 2-9-1969. He, there upon, served a grievance notice upon the proprietor of the Hotel, but to no effect. The petitioner has now come before this Court. Opposite-party is not appearing though notified.

2. The petitioner used to get Rs. 60 as pay: He was in service for over 3 years: He claims that earned leave is due. In. his grievance petition he also made all the claims, but the opposite --party did not object. It is apparent that the opposite-party has got nothing to raise objection against the claims of the, petitioner. The members also advice for allowing full termination-benefit, to the petitioner. It is ORDERED That the case be allowed ex parte.

3. Petitioner do get Rs. 180 as 3 months' notice pay, Rs. 84 as compensation for 42 days' wages and its.

4. 60 as pay for unavailed leave for 30 days 2nd party do pay up these amounts to the 1st party within 30 days from today.
