' FAISAL ARAB, J. --- Inspite of service of notice, the respondent has not appeared. We have been informed that respondent's sister had received notice. It is the case of the petitioners that State Life Insurance Corporation has statutory rules, therefore, the Service Tribunal has no jurisdiction to decide the matter and the only forum for the respondent to seek redressal of his grievance is High Court.
2. Leave is granted in this petition inter alia to consider the above question of law.
