ORDER

' Calls into question the vires of the order dated 21.04.2015, passed by the learned Single Judge in Chambers of this Court, whereby W.P. No. 4906 of 2015 filed by the appellant was dismissed.

2. Facts in brief, collected from the file, are as such the appellant applied for the post of Driver (BPS- 4) in the Welfare and Population Department at Regional Training Institute, Multan pursuant to an advertisement; Respondent No. 1 did not accept the application of the petitioner, which constrained him to invoke the parental jurisdiction of this Court by filing writ petition ibid, but the learned Single Judge in Chambers vide impugned the same.

3. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the file.

4. Admittedly, the appellant failed to submit all the required documents including the certificate of five years experience as a driver, as pointed out by the representative of the department and observed by the learned Single Judge in Chamber; therefore, he could not be appointed as Driver.

It was prime duty of the appellant to submit application, complete in all ways, as required by the Respondent No. 1 through advertisement, but when he has failed to do the needful, he has rightly been refused to induct in service. Therefore, the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge in Chambers is well reasoned and self-explanatory, calling for no interference through this intra Court appeal, which has no force and stands dismissed.
