1. This order is in appeal filed by the Appellant against order dated 09/05/12 passed by Respondent No. 1. The appeal was fixed for hearing on 01/01/15; The Appellant's counsel and Respondents No. 2 were called for hearing at 3:30 pm; the Respondents and the department representative were present, however, the Appellant failed to appear. The appeal is, therefore, dismissed for non- prosecution.
