' This is a review application whereby, Ali Muhammad applicant wants this Court to review its order dated 2nd February, 1982, passed in Civil Revision No, 442/81, remanding the case for re-writing the judgments after hearing the parties.
2. After hearing the learned counsel and going through his petition and the judgment sought to be reviewed. I find that the case was remanded for re-writing of the judgments because the judgments of the learned Courts below were not according to law. Since I had remanded the case because of the defective judgments and had not touched the merits of the case, the detailed contentions raised by the petitioner do not A make out a good ground for interference with the judgment dated 2nd February, 1982, under Order XLVII, rules I and 4, C.P.C. The review application is accordingly dismissed.
