' TASSADUQ HUSSAIN JILANI, J. -- Petitioner's grievance in the instant case is that her admission form to appear in the F.A. (Part-II) Examination are not being accepted by the respondent Board as there was a delay of few days on account of her absence from the country, though she fulfils all the conditions to appear as a regular candidate as is evident from the documents annexed with the petition.
2. Sh. Shahid Waheed, Advocate for respondent Board, who was called in the earlier part of the day to seek instructions, has appeared to submit that since the time is short and petitioner's examination is to commence after two days, the respondent Board shall provisionally entertain the admission form and issue the Roll Number today and the petitioner will be allowed to appear in the said examination. However, he adds that this would be subject to the final verification of the admission forms as a regular student and this exercise shall be completed within six weeks.
' Petitioner's learned counsel is satisfied with the statement made and does not want to press this petition which is disposed of in terms noted above.
