1. This order shall dispose of Appeal No. 64 of 2013 filed under section 33 of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Act, 1997 against the Impugned Order dated 04/11/13 passed by the Respondent. The titled appeal was earlier fixed for hearing on 14.05.15, however same was adjourned on the request of the Appellant. Thereafter, the Appellant was communicated through the hearing notice dated 29/07/15 that the appeal is re-fixed for 06/08/15, however Appellate Bench has received a letter dated 03/08/15 from the Authorized Representative (the Representative) of the Appellants containing the information that the Appellants have instructed the Representative to withdraw the instant appeal.
2. We have perused the record of the case and as per the contents of the power of Attorney executed by the Appellants, the Representative is duly authorized to withdraw the instant appeal.
Therefore in view of the above appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
