1. This order shall dispose of Appeal No. 25 of 2010 filed under section 33 of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Act, 1997 against the order dated 21/04/12 (the "Impugned Order") passed by the Respondent No.1. The appeal was fixed for hearing previously on 11/12/13, 02/01/15, which were adjourned due to non-appearance of the Appellant. In the interest of justice a final opportunity of hearing was provided to the Appellant on 13/05/15, the appeal was called for hearing at 11:40 am, however no one appeared on behalf of the Appellant. The matter was kept pending till the close of official timings however the Appellant failed to enter appearance despite repeated calls and no request for adjournment was received. The department representative remained present for the hearing. The above stated facts depicts the conduct of the Appellant and it appears that he is not interested in pressing the present Appeal, therefore, the Appeal is dismissed for non-appearance and non-prosecution.
