ORDER

Petitioner is alleged to have distributed forms which were misused in obtaining import licence and thereby committed offence under sections 420/468 and 471, P.P.C. And section 5(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1947.

2. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the F.

I. R. Learned counsel for the State submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he distributed blank forms which were used for import licence and some recoveries were made from the petitioner. The Inspector, F. I. A. Who is investigating the case says that some recoveries of documents have yet to be made and after release of petitioner on anticipatory bail petitioner has not contacted the Investigating Officer.

3. The matter relates to the documents and record. Some recoveries are stated to have already been effected from the petitioner. Petitioner is directed to join investigation and to assist the Investigating Officer. The case against the petitioner appears to be of further inquiry at this stage.

In the circumstances the interim bail allowed to the petitioner is confirmed against the same bail bond.

4. It will be open to the' Investigating Officer to move the trial Court to consider the question of cancellation of bail at any stage. revisions by the competent authorities.
