MUHAMMAD AMEER BHA TTI, J:- This revision petition is directed against the judgments and decrees passed by both the learned Courts below dated 31.03.2010 and 11.04.201 1, respectively , whereby the suit instituted by the petitioner stood dismissed and appeal whereof preferred by the petitioner was allowed by maintaining the findings of the learned trial Court on issues No.3 & 4, hence, this revision petition.

In connected Civil Revision bearing No.589-D/201 1,vide judgment of even date, the judgment & decree dated 11.04.201 1 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Attock, camp at Hassan Abdal, has been set-aside and in consequence whereof the suit of the petitioner stood dismissed, therefore, the findings on issues No.3 & 4 of the learned first Appellate Court, challenged through this revision petition, have also rendered infructuous. In this view of the matter , this revision petition stands dismissed.
