The appeal filed on behalf of Chief Executive of M/s Souvenir Tobacco Company Limited was initially fixed for hearing on 8th March, 2001 but was adjourned to 30th March, 2001 on the written request of M/s Aziz Associates, Company Law Consultants. On 30th March, 2001 no one appeared till 01:00 p.m. The appeal is, therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution.
