1. This order is in appeal filed by the Appellant against order dated 25/06/12 passed by the Respondent. The appeal was fixed for hearing on 03/12/14; however, it was adjourned on the request of the Appellant. Final opportunity was provided to the Appellant to appear and defend the case on 21/01/15. The Appellant's counsel, who are based in Lahore, were informed that video conference facility had been arranged in the SECP CRO Office in Lahore in case they wish to avail the facility. The appeal was called for hearing at 10:40 am; the department representatives were present, however, the Appellant's counsel failed to appear in person or through video conference facility arranged in the SECP CRO Office in Lahore. The appeal is, therefore, dismissed for non- prosecution.
