' FAISAL ZAMAN KHAN, J. --- The only grievance aired through this petition is that judgment dated 19.12.2009 passed by Punjab Labour Court No. 9, Multan is not being implemented.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that against the said judgment, an appeal was preferred before this Court due to non-existent of Labour Appellate Tribunal, which during the currency of that appeal was constituted, upon which this Court sent the FAO to Punjab Labour Appellate Tribunal No. 2, Multan on 06.05.2014 for decision. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that till date the file has not been remitted to the said Tribunal, because of which no further proceedings have taken place.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date, the judgment passed by Punjab Labour Court is holding the field, which has to be implemented.
4. In view of the above, I am inclined to refer this petition alongwith its annexures to respondent No. 1 who shall treat it as an application and decide the same strictly in accordance with law through a reasoned order after hearing all necessary parties within a period of four weeks from the receipt of a certified copy of this order. The order so passed by respondent No. 1 shall be communicated to this Court through Deputy Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
