1. Counsel for the plaintiff has moved this urgent application which is supported by affidavit of the plaintiff verified by ISMS of this court, urgency granted. In the affidavit it is clearly mentioned by the plaintiff that the matter has been resolved therefore, he does not want to press the instant suit.
2. Learned counsel for the plaintiff also moved another application under Order 23 Rule 1 CPC for withdrawal of the suit. This application is taken on record. Office is directed to mark CMA number on this application. In view of the above statement, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn along with pending application.
