ORDER

' AAMER FAROOQ, J. --- Through the instant Constitutional petition under Article 199 of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, the petitioner has assailed the basis for assessm ent of compensation due to the petitioner for acquisition of land measuring 346 kanals, 10 marlas bearing Khasra No. 356, in the Revenue Estate of Sara-e-Khurbuza, Islamabad.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the case at some length submitted that he shall be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent to provide the petitioner an opportunity for submission of his grievance before it.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent agreed to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In this behalf he submitted that Hamza Shahzad, Deputy Director General, Land & Estate, CDA, Islamabad shall hear the matter.

4. In view of above, the instant writ petition is disposed of with direction to above-mentioned officer/representative of the respondent to provide an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner for redressal of his grievance and pass reasoned order in accordance with law within thirty (30) days from communication of the present order.
