ORDER

' M.S.H. QURESHI, J.-Appellant Aziz Ahmad Rathore who was not a party in the writ petition, challenges the decision in writ petition recorded on. 30th June, 1979 by a learned Single Judge of this Court. The writ petition had been brought by respondent Islam Hassan Khan who had prayed therein that-

(i) a direction be issued to the Government of the Punjab "to implement the orders of the Tribunals dated 24th July, 1972 (Annex. 'A') and 9th November, 1978 (Annex. '0') ;

(ii) the Government be directed for the purposes of promotion of the writ petitioner to the post of Deputy Director.

2. During the hearing of the writ petition, Mr. Khalilur Rehman Ramdey, Assistant Advocate-General had appeared and had stated that "the Government would comply with the directions of the Service Tribunal issued from time to time as referred to above provided reasonable time is allowed to the Government". On this submission the following order was passed :- " It is accordingly ordered that the Government would implement the directions given in the orders of the Tribunal referred to above 'in the memorandum of appeal, is that "the recommendations or the directions of the Service Tribunal had revisions by the competent authorities. Therefore, it is advisable to consult the official sources or legal professionals for the most up-to-date and accurate information.
