1. ' NOOR-UL-HAQ N. QURESHI, J. --- It is contended by learned counsel for \the petitioner that respondents be restrained from harassing the petitioner until some cognizable offence is made out against him.
2. ' Qaisar Masud, Dep ty Director (Legal) FIA HQ appeared and. Produced dis order of the petitioner dated 11.02.2014, observing adversely against him. The degree on the basis of which, he got service found bogus, therefore, with the permission of competent authority, the respondents initiated inquiry under FIA Inquiry and Investigation Rules, 2002.
3. ' The FIA can conduct an inquiry with the approval of competent authority under Rule 5 of the said Rules, therefore, it cannot be termed as harassment. However, F.I.A. Authorities are directed not to act contrary of law and they may proceed in accordance with law.
4. ' With these observations and directions, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
