ORDER

' MUHAMMAD KHALID MAHMOOD KHAN, J. - Learned counsel for petitioners submits that respondents No, 6 to 16 are importing Indian films under the garb that the same are produced in U.K. Learned counsel submits that all Indian Films in which Pakistani or Indian actor/actress have performed, are on negative list item 25 of the Import Policy, 2012. Learned counsel submits that importers are committing fraud with the collusion of Custom authorities and are causing loss to the Pakistani ideology and culture as well as foreign exchange.

2. Issue notice to respondents to file report and parawise comments, so as to reach this Court within a fortnight.

3. Mr. Hasham Ahmad Khan, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No, 10.

3. Dispensation sought for is allowed, subject toall just and legal exceptions. C.M. Stands disposed of accordingly.

4. Subject to notice, meanwhile the Censor Board, Government of Pakistan will not issue exhibition certificate to any Indian film imported in violation of Import Policy 2012-2013. revisions by the competent authorities.
