' ALI BAQAR NAJAFI, J. --- Through this Constitutional petition the petitioner seeks transfer of the investigation in case FIR No, 1212 of 2012, dated 20.12.2012 registered under section 489-F, PPC at Police Station Gulshan Ravi, Lahore.
2. Brief facts giving rise to the filing of the petition are that the petitioner lodged the above-said FIR against respondent No, 5, who is brother-in-law of the petitioner and a partner in the business of manufacturing of electronics for a period of four years. During that he misappropriated huge amount from the business, where after a settlement was reached between them. Consequently, four cheques were issued to the petitioner total amounting to Rs, 71,75,000/-which were dishonoured. The petitioner filed an application before respondent No, 1 for the transfer of investigation but the respondent did not change the investigation. Hence this petition.
3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the available file.
