' SHAUKAT AZIZ SIDDIQUI, J.--- Through this single order, Writ Petitions Nos.2634 of 2014, 404 of 2007, 508 of 2007, 1250 of 2007, 1404 of 2007, 2210 of 2008, 1452 of 2011, 1809 of 2011, R.A. No,27 of 2012, Writ Petitions Nos.233 of 2012, 1752 of 2012, 1940 of 2012, 2085 of 2012, 2086 of 2012, 4191 of 2012, 4201 of 2012, 4321 of 2012, 4335 of 2012, 4425 of 2012, 4523 of 2012, 211 of 2013, 220 of 2013, 405 of 2013, 406 of 2013, 724 of 2013, 840 of 2013, 1860 of 2013, 1912 of 2013, 3000 of 2013, 3047 of 2013, 3316 of 2013, 3744 of 2013, 3974 of 2013, 4250 of 2013, 4498 of 2013, 4523 of 2013, 4542 of 2013, 38 of 2014, 187 of 2014, 658 of 2014, 659 of 2014, 1421 of 2014, 1505 of 2014, 1699 of 2014, 1714 of 2014, 2039 of 2014, 2148 of 2014, 2616 of 2014 are being disposed of with the following directions:--- ' That the worthy Chairman, CDA under his direct supervision shall constitute a high level committee, which shall examine each case and after providing opportunity of hearing to the defaulters, shall pass order in accordance with law and if it is found that the premises are factually used for other than residential purposes, which is defined as non-conforming use, then coercive measures shall be adopted as required by law, irrespective of the fact that premises are being used by which organization or institution.
2. The needful shall be done within a period of one month and in this regard a comprehensive report shall be submitted for perusal of this Court and passing a fresh order, if need be.
3. The restraining orders passed in the entire above mentioned writ petitions stand vacated.
