1. ' ABDUL MAALIK GADDI, J. This is a petition for grant of Letter of Administration in respect of movable and immovable properties left by the deceased Khawaja Muhammad Shahid son of Khawaja Muhammad Zakir, who expired on 22-8-2006 at Karachi. The deceased is stated to have been survived by his widow Surriya Shahid, two daughters namely Parveen Shahid, Sabeen Fasih and Khawaja Muhammad Tariq (son). All the legal heirs are adults and are present in Court.
2. The petition has been duly published in Daily Express Karachi and Lahore .Dated 27-12-2013 and 30- 12-2013 respectively. Two independent witnesses namely Syed Fasih and Syed Muhammad Rehan have also sworn their affidavits stating therein that no other legal heirs of the deceased except those who are present in Court, The legal heirs of deceased have also sworn their affidavits of no objection in favour of the petitioner namely Khawaja Muhammad Tariq. Since the matter has been published in the Daily Express at Karachi and Lahore as stated above but nobody has appeared to rebut the claim of the petitioner and his legal heirs. It appears that it is a non-contentious matter.

' Under the circumstances, this petition is allowed and it is ordered that the Letter of Administration be granted to petitioner Khawaja Muhammad Tariq in respect of properties and estates left by deceased Khawaja Muhammad Shahid according to rules on petitioner furnishing one surety. The documents of the properties in respect of which Letter of Administraf6n has been granted may be accepted as surety documents.
