No, 280-2012 for offences under Sections 365B/380, P.P.C. At Police Station Jahanian, District Khanewal. Relies in Mst. Parveen Akhtar v. Director, F.I.A., Lahore and 5 others (PLD 1996 Lahore 328). Submits that the petitioner apprehends violence at the hands of the complainant and the police at Jahanian and therefore seeks leave to file the present petition at the Principal Seat. C.M. Allowed.
