1. ' This is a petition for transfer of the respondent's suit for restitution of conjugal rights from the Court of Agha Inam-ur-Raheem, Judge Family Court, Gujranwala to the Court of Mr. Muhammad Aslam Bhatti, Judge Family Court, Lahore, where the petitioner's own suit for dissolution of marriage is pending. Since the two suits must involve the same question of law and facts, it would be in the interest of justice if the suits are consolidated in the same Court so that they may be decided simultaneously. I, therefore, allowed this petition without any order as to costs and direct the transfer of the respondent's suit from the Court of Mr. Inaam-ur-Raheem, Judge Family Court, Gujranwala to the Court of Mr. Muhammad Aslam Bhatti, Judge Family Court, Lahore.
