The petitioners Hussain Bakhsh, Shabbir Ahmed, Taj Muhammad, Muhammad Nadeem, Muhammad Naeem and Muhammad Waseem seek pre-arrest bail in case FIR No. 579 dated 03.08.2012 under Section 452/337-F(v), PPC registered at Police Station Saddar Khanpur District Rahim Yar Khan.
2. At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition to the extent of Muhammad Nadeem, so this petition to the extent of Muhammad Nadeem is hereby dismissed as having been withdrawn.

As regards the remaining accused persons no specific role is attributed to Hussain Bakhsh, Shabbir Ahmed and Muhammad Naeem, whereas Muhammad Waseem is attributed an injury constituting offence under Section 337-L(2), PPC which is bailable. The offence under Section 452, PPC has already been deleted. The petitioners have already joined the investigation. Nothing is to be recovered from them. So, the ad-interim pre-arrest bail already granted to the petitioners aide order dated 03.10.2012 is hereby confirmed subject to their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs.
