COMPLAINT ABOUT FAULTY SERVICE
1. The case is at the stage of the stage of the written reply of the ancillary application but no body is present on behalf of the claimant today as such it is proper to adjourn the case sine-die without fixation of date with reference to Rule 14 of PCP Rules 2009 for one month with the condition that the complaint would be deemed to be dismissed with costs after expiry of the period of 30 days.
2. The file of this complaint is to be consigned to the record room duly page marked with proper index and after due completion and made available for issuance of attested copies and kept under safe custody till the period fixed for destruction in accordance with the Rules & Orders of Honourable Lahore High Court.
