1. COMPLAINT ABOUT FAULTY SERVICES This file was fixed on 20-09-2011 but I was on long leave i.e.. 19-09-2011 to 23-09 2011 and the Reader had adjourned the case for this date by entry on the daily cause list.
2. The case was previously at the stage of the summoning of the defendants who shown to have represented through the Manager on the previous date when I was on leave as such this date was presumed for engaging the counsel and filing of written statement.
3. At this stage, the complaint is being allowed to be withdrawn due to compromise on the request of the claimant while the Manager appearing on behalf of the defendants has no objections against withdrawal.
4. The complaint is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
5. Parties are left to bear their on costs.
6. The file of this complaint is to be consigned to the record room duly page marked with proper index and after due completion and made available for issuance of attested copies and kept under safe custody till the period fixed for destruction in accordance with the Rules & Orders of Honourable Lahore High Court.
