1. The case was fixed on 22-08-2011 but I was on long leave on the said date and the Reader had fixed this date by entry on the file cover.
2. The case was previously at the stage of the evidence of the claimant but the complaint is being requested to be disposed of as withdrawn by learned counsel for the claimant while learned counsel for the defendants has no objection.
3. Accordingly the present complaint is hereby disposed of as withdrawn.
4. Parties are left to bear their on costs.
5. The file of this complaint is to be consigned to the record room duly page marked with proper index and after due completion and made available for issuance of attested copies and kept under safe custody till the period fixed for destruction in accordance with the Rules & Orders of Honourable Lahore High Court.
