COMPLAINT ABOUT FAULTY SERVICE
1. The case is at the stage of the issuance of notice to defendant No.2 which has returned un- served however present and since copy of the voucher of payment has been filed today and since it is being stated by the learned counsel for the claimant that the claimant is satisfied by the voucher of payment and his grievance has been redressed and he has withdrawn himself from the present case due to compromise and seeks disposal accordingly without any objection on behalf of the defendants.
2. In accordance with the request of learned counsel for the claimant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn due to compromise.
3. Parties are left to bear their own costs.
4. The file of this complaint is to be consigned to the record room of this court duly page marked with proper index and after due completion and made available for issuance of attested copies and kept under safe custody till the period fixed for destruction in accordance with the Rules & Orders of Honourable Lahore High Court.
