EXECUTION PETITION
1. The case is at the stage of the compliance and personal appearance of Ex-En MEPCO however it is being stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has withdrawn from the present case due to compliance.
2. In accordance with the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn due to compliance.
3. Parties are left to bear their own costs.
4. The file of this application is to be consigned to the record room of this court duly page marked with proper index and after due completion and made available for issuance of attested copies and kept under safe custody till the period fixed for destruction in accordance with the Rules & Orders of Honourable Lahore High Court.
