2. The cheque of Rs. 5,000/- has already been received by the decree holder. Therefore when the decree holder has received the total decreetal amount Rs. 19,242/- and Rs. 5,000/- in the shape of cross cheques. This execution petition is hereby disposed of having borne fruits.
