1. Abdul Aziz brother of Mst. Khairun Nisa lodged report under Section 16 of the Zina Ordinance against one Muhammad Sharif that he had abducted his married sister. The date of report is 9-7-1985 and the date of incident is stated to be 6-7-1985. The prosecutrix was recovered and her statements under sections 161 and 164, Cr. P. C. Were recorded. In both the statements she has implicated the present,, applicant that he alongwith two other persons committed Zina-bil-Jabr,' In view of the statements of the prosecutrix implicating the present applicant, he is not entitled to bail. The bail application is rejected.
