APPLICATION FOR RESTORATION
2. The case is at the stage of the issuance of fresh notices to the respondents.
3. At this stage, it is observed that since the previous file was directed to be adjourned sine-die vide order dated 30-04-2012 but since the same was restored on new No.2458/379/12 by subsequent order of the same date as such there is no need for the petitioner to persue the present application for restoration of already restored file.
4. The present application is accordingly disposed off as returned.
5. Parties are left to bear their own costs.
6. The file of this application is to be consigned to the record room of this court duly page marked with proper index and after due completion and made available for issuance of attested copies and kept under safe custody till the period fixed for destruction in accordance with the Rules & Orders of Honourable Lahore High Court. revisions by the competent authorities.
