2. The petitioner contends that after passing the order under execution, respondent sent him gas bill for an amount which he cannot pay the same being too excessive. On the other hand, respondent's counsel showed to the court, film snaps about actual reading on petitioner's gas meter and submitted that the respondent company is very much prepared to act upon the order under execution dated 24-6-11 provided the petitioner would pay the outstanding gas bill.

3. It may be observed that while deciding petitioner's claim on 24-6-11, respondent's party was directed to restore gas supply to petitioner's premises and also issue him correct gas bill for payment, however, the petitioner was also held liable to discharge his responsibility regarding payment of any outstanding gas.

4. In the light of above position, petitioner's execution petition is dismissed for non fulfillment of his responsibility about payment of any outstanding gas bill as order / decree under execution was conditional one and the petitioner has failed to fullfil the requisite condition. After due completion, file be consigned to record room. revisions by the competent authorities.
