ORDER

1. ' Through instant petition the petitioners have sought protection as they apprehend danger at the hands of respondents. Notices were issued to the respondents, pursuant to which, S.H.O. Police Station Chhachhro is present in. Court. Learned Additional A.G. Files comments on behalf of respondents Nos.7 to 9 which are taken on record. S.H.O. Present in Court states that no F.I.R. Has been registered against the petitioner No.2 in respect of marriage or abduction of petitioner Mst.

2. Aaisha alias Usha.

3. ' Petitioner Mst. Aaisha alias Usha present in court recited Kalma-e-tayyab and stated that she being sui juris having embraced Islam has contracted Marriage with petitioner No.2 namely Yar Muhammad son of Qadir Bux, out of her own free-will and without any pressure or coercion from any corner, which has antagonized her relatives who are causing harassment. She has further stated that she was never married before embracing Islam or contracting the marriage. She further states that she has not been abducted by any one including respondent No.2, whereas she wants to go and live with her husband namely Yar Muhammad who is present in Court.

4. ' Keeping in view hereinabove facts and the statement of petitioner No. 1 she is set at liberty to go along with her husband i.e. The petitioner No.2 and live her, life as per her own choice and free-will.

5. Concerned SI7.10 is directed to provide protection to the petitioners as per law.

6. ' Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
