COMPLAINT ABOUT FAULTY SERVICES

In above mentioned circumstance, it is observed that the present complaint is liable to be adjourned sine-die without fixation of date with reference to Rule 14 of PCP Rules 2009 for one month with the condition that the complaint would be deemed to be dismissed with costs after expiry of the period of 30 days.
3. The file of this complaint is to be consigned to the main record room D.G.Khan duly page marked with proper index and after due completion and made available for issuance of attested copies and kept under safe custody till the period fixed for destruction in accordance with the Rules & Orders of Honourable Lahore High Court.
