1. COMPLAINT ABOUT EXCESSIVE CHARGES This date was fixed for evidence of the claimant and payment of costs but it is being stated by learned counsel for the claimant that the matter has been settled between the parties due to compromise and seeks withdrawal without any objection on behalf of the defendant.
2. In accordance with the request of learned counsel for the claimant, the present complaint is hereby disposed of as withdrawn.
3. Parties are left to bear their on costs.
4. The file of this complaint is to be consigned to the record room duly page marked with proper index and after due completion and made available for issuance of attested copies and kept under safe custody till the period fixed for destruction in accordance with the Rules & Orders of Honourable Lahore High Court.
