COMPLAINT ABOUT FAULTY SERVICES
1. The court is on tour at Layyah.
2. The case is at the stage of the waiting for disposal of the writ petition from Honourable High Court but no further order has yet been received while a perusal of the earlier order of Honourable High Court shows that the operation of order dated 23-01-2012 is suspended. It is therefore observed that the present case can not be proceeded further during the pendency of the writ petition because the question raised before Honourable High Court is about non issuance of notice as required by law.
3. In accordance with above discussion, the file is proper to be consigned after sine-die adjournment without fixation of date so as to be restored after decision of the writ petition if so required. Order accordingly.
4. For what has been stated above, the present complaint is adjourned sine-die without fixation of date till the pendency of the writ petition.
5. Parties are left to bear their own costs.
6. The file of this complaint is to be consigned to the record room of this court at D.G.Khan duly page marked with proper index and after due completion and made available for issuance of attested copies and kept under safe custody till the period fixed for destruction in accordance with the Rules & Orders of Honourable Lahore High Court.
