1. APPLICATION FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF ORDER DATED 24-03-2011.

The case is at the stage of the compliance of the earlier orders and it is being stated by the representative of the respondent that the required CNIC has been issued by the concerned office and being sent to the Private Secretary of this court as such the previous orders are deemed to be complied with and learned counsel for the petitioner is prepared to receive the CNIC on behalf of the petitioner today as such statement of learned counsel for the petitioner is hereby recorded in the following paragraphs:- Statement of Mohammad Nadeem Ansari Advocate High Court from D.G.Khan without oath:- States that I have received original CNIC of the petitioner on his behalf from the Private Secretary of this court and no more proceedings are required for implementation of order dated 24-03-2011.

The file of this application is to be consigned to the record room duly page marked with proper index and after due completion and made available for issuance of attested copies and kept under safe custody till the period fixed for destruction in accordance with the Rules & Orders of Honourable Lahore High Court.
