CONTEMPT APPLICATION
2. The court is on tour at Layyah.
3. The case is at the stage of the arguments but since no body is present today on behalf of the petitioner despite keeping the case in waiting up to the closing time of the court as such the application is hereby dismissed in default with reference to Rule 14 of PCP Rules 2009.
4. The petitioner is to bear the costs of the respondents.
5. The file of this application is to be consigned to the main record room of this court at D.G.Khan duly page marked with proper index and after due completion and made available for issuance of attested copies and kept under safe custody till the period fixed for destruction in accordance with the Rules & Orders of Honourable Lahore High Court.
