1. The case is at the stage of the waiting for the proceedings of the application for cancellation of the order under implementation due to the pendency of the separate application to the said effect which is being accepted today and the order under implementation is being cancelled and the main complaint is being restored for further proceedings as such the present application for execution of the ex-parte order has become infructuous.
2. In accordance with above mentioned situation, the present application is dismissed.
3. Parties are left to bear their own costs.
4. The file of this application is to be consigned to the record room of this court duly page marked with proper index and after due completion and made available for issuance of attested copies and kept under safe custody till the period fixed for destruction in accordance with the Rules & Orders of Honourable Lahore High Court.
