1. The case is at the stage of issuance of bailable warrant of arrest for implementation of order dated 10-09-2009.

2. It is reported by the bailiff that the respondent has left his shop and went to some other place and no trace about his present location.

3. It is therefore observed that it proper to issue non bailable perpetual warrant of arrest against the respondent through police department and to consign the file without fixation of date so that the file may be taken up at the time when the respondent would be proceeded before the court by the police department on the basis of the open warrant being issued under this order.

4. The Ahlmad is directed to issue perpetual non bailable warrant of arrest against the respondent through SHO concerned police station/ RPO.

5. This file would be kept intact by the Ahlmad without page marking and without preparation of index for the period of 30 days and to be consigned by page numbering and preparation of proper index after the said period by treating the same as having been disposed of by due completion and made available for issuance of attested copies and kept under safe custody till production of file after arrest of the respondent in accordance with the Rules & Orders of Honourable Lahore High Court.
