COMPLAINT ABOUT FAULTY SERVICES

2. The court is on tour at Layyah.

3. The case is at the stage of the filing of written statement of the defendants however it is being stated by learned counsel for the claimant that he has withdrawn from the present case due to compromise and seeks disposal accordingly without any objection on behalf of representative of the defendants.

4. In accordance with the request of learned counsel for the claimant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn due to compromise.

5. Parties are left to bear their own costs.

6. The file of this complaint is to be consigned to the main record room of this court at D.G.Khan duly page marked with proper index and after due completion and made available for issuance of attested copies and kept under safe custody till the period fixed for destruction in accordance with the Rules & Orders of Honourable Lahore High Court.
