1. The case is at the stage of remaining evidence of the claimant and payment of costs however the complaint is requested to be disposed of as withdrawn on joint request of learned counsel for the parties aw well as defendant No.1 and the claimant in person due to compromise and it is stated by learned counsel for the defendant that they would have no objection to the withdrawal of the complaint due to compromise.
2. In accordance with above situation, the complaint is hereby disposed of as withdrawn. The sample product produced during evidence of the claimant is being returned to the claimant under supervision of the P.S of this court by due entry in the required registered.
