1. During hearing, the claimant offered to settle the dispute on oath. The defendant No. 03 present in the court is ready to take oath. Let statement of both the parties be recorded.

3. Stated that if defendant No. 03 Muhammad Ashraf Bhatti gives oath on Holy Quran that he had not entered into any transaction with him and that he had not received any amount from him, he would withdraw his petition.
4. Statement of the Muhammad Ashraf Bhatti defendant No. 03 on Holy Quran I accept the statement made by the claimant. I say it on Holy Quran that I had not entered into the disputed transaction with the claimant nor I ever received any amount from him.
5. District & Sessions Judge/District Judge Consumer Court Sahiwal Mehar Manzoor Ahmad filed a petition Under Section 13 & 22 of the PCPA 2005 against the defendants i.e Sun Crop Pesticides Company etc. Muhammad Ashraf Bhatti was arrayed as defendant No. 03. The statements regarding transaction in dispute were recorded with mutual consent of the parties. The claimant made an offer for disposal of the case that if defendant No. 03 gives oath on Holy Quran, he would withdraw his claim. The said Muhammad Ashraf Bhatti agreed and gave oath by placing his hands on Holy Quran in open court.
6. In view of settlement/compromise on Holy Quran and statement made by the claimant. The claim is hereby dismissed as withdrawn leaving the parties to bear their on cost.
