COMPLAINT ABOUT DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
2. The case is at the stage of the waiting of the report but no body is present on behalf of the parties today as such the case is adjourned sine-die without fixation of date with reference to Rule 14 of PCP Rules 2009 for one month with the condition that the complaint would be deemed to be dismissed with costs after expiry of the period of 30 days.
3. The file of this complaint is to be consigned to the main record room D.G.Khan duly page marked with proper index and after due completion and made available for issuance of attested copies and kept under safe custody till the period fixed for destruction in accordance with the Rules & Orders of Honourable Lahore High Court.

At this stage, the file has been taken up once again today due to the appearance of the representatives of both the parties who have jointly stated that they could not appear due to misunderstanding about the strike of the bar association at the time of the call of the present case and jointly requested for fixation of some date for further proceedings instead of keeping the present case as adjourned without fixation of date.
In accordance with above mentioned situation, the present complaint is hereby restored for further proceedings in accordance with law and the earlier order of this date is hereby cancelled.
The Ahlmad is directed to register the present complaint on fresh number as restored complaint.
The case was previously at the stage of the waiting of the report as such being adjourned for the same purpose to 04-06-2012.
