COMPLAINT ABOUT FAULTY SERVICES
2. The court is on tour at Layyah.
3. At this stage, it is requested by the claimant that the complaint and contempt application included in the file of the complaint filed on behalf of the claimant may be disposed off as withdrawn due to compromise whereas learned counsel for defendant No.1 has no objection against withdrawal of the complaint while he has objection due to the pendency of contempt application filed in personal capacity by the said learned Advocate against the claimant in his personal capacity as claimant being himself as an Advocate.

It is therefore observed after perusal of the contempt application and written reply of the same that the allegations contained in the said application relate to the conduct of two Advocates during the proceedings of the present complaint while such dispute between the Advocates themselves and between the clients and lawyers are proper to be disposed off through the relevant committee of Punjab Bar Council being regulating authority of the lawyers therefore the contempt application is disposed off with the observation that the petitioner of the said application is at liberty to move fresh application before Punjab Bar Council if so required to be pressed further and said contempt application is to be disposed off by way of return while review application filed on behalf of defendant No.1 is also to be disposed off as withdrawn.

In accordance with above observations, the complaint while contempt application is also dismissed as withdrawn where as review application of defendant No.1 is also dismissed as withdrawn while contempt application filed by learned counsel for defendant No.1in his personal capacity is disposed off by way of return for the filing in the office of Punjab Bar Council Lahore, if so required.
6. Stay order previously issued during pendency of the complaint is hereby cancelled.
7. Parties are left to bear their own costs.
The file of this complaint to be consigned to the main record room of this court at D.G.Khan duly page marked with proper index and after due completion and made available for issuance of attested copies and kept under safe custody till the period fixed for destruction in accordance with the Rules & Orders of Honourable Lahore High Court.
