1. Petitioner submits in the court that the work has been completed by the respondent on 06.3.2011 and he be paid amount of Rs. 101872/- which has been deposited by him in the court. Respondent Syed Badur-Duja Bukhari is also present in the court and submits he has completed the work on the spot. In these circumstances the petition in hand is hereby disposed of with the remarks that the amount of Rs. 101872/- deposited in the court be handed over to the respondent. The amount of Rs. 101872/- has been handed over to the respondent who has received the same in the open court.
2. File be consigned to record room after its due completion.
