1. ABOUT IMPLEMENTATION OF ORDER DATED 12-07-2010 The case is at the stage of the arguments.
2. It is observed that since separate order of this date has been passed in the file of the application for cancellation of exparte order under implementation. The exparte order has been cancelled today therefore the present application for implementation has become infructuous. It is being disposed of having become infructuous.
3. Parties are left to bear their on costs.
4. The file of this application is to be consigned to the record room duly page marked with proper index and after due completion and made available for issuance of attested copies and kept under safe custody till the period fixed for destruction in accordance with the Rules & Orders of Honourable Lahore High Court.
