COMPLAINT ABOUT FAULTY SERVICES
1. This file having been previously fixed for 29-03-2012 has been taken out for compromise by order passed on ancillary application filed on behalf of the claimant.
2. The claimant is represented by Syed Mohammad Ali Bukhari Advocate along with his personal appearance while defendant is represented by Mian Tariq Mehmood Advocate along with defendant in person along with his representative namely Dr. Mohammad Iqbal Khan.
3. Also present Allah Nawaz Khan Advocate as marginal witness of the affidavit while Dr. Mohammad Iqbal Khan is also one of the marginal witnesses being present in person.
4. Let the statement about compromise be recorded in the following paragraphs.
Statement of Haq Nawaz claimant on oath represented by Syed Mohammad Ali Bukhari Advocate.
States that I produce my original affidavit about compromise according to which I have withdrawn myself from the case titled Haq Nawaz V Dr. Mohammad Irshad Khan bearing complaint/ case No.1780/483/11 which may please be disposed off as withdrawn along with withdrawal of all ancillary applications and proceedings pending with reference to the said file.

Statement of Dr. Mohammad Irshad Khan represented by Mian Tariq Mehmood Khan Advocate on oath:- States that I have no objection against withdrawal of the subject complaint and applications and proceedings pending with reference to the said file in accordance with the affidavit produced by the claimant with request that all the applications and proceedings pending on my behalf in the said file be also disposed off as withdrawn.

1. In accordance with the statements of the parties recorded today with reference to original affidavit about compromise produced by the claimant, the present complaint along with all ancillary applications and proceedings pending in the file of the said complaint is hereby disposed off as withdrawn.
2. Robkars are directed to be issued to the PMDC Islamabad and DCO office D.G.Khan about the compromise with the information about withdrawal of the orders of this court relating to the submission of the report by PMDC and documents by DCO being not required to be summoned due to compromise.
3. The miscellaneous file being kept by the Registrar of this court about inquiry relating to alleged mishandling of the judicial file is also directed to be annexed with the file of the main complaint.
4. Parties are left to bear their own costs.
5. The file of this complaint is to be consigned to the record room of this court duly page marked with proper index and after due completion and made available for issuance of attested copies and kept under safe custody till the period fixed for destruction in accordance with the Rules & Orders of Honourable Lahore High Court.
