1. This file was previously fixed on 20-09-2011 when I was on leave as such next date was fixed by the Reader of this court by entry on the daily cause list as 04-10-2011.
2. It has been taken out from the fixed date on oral request of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner because he wants to withdraw the application due to compromise.
3. Since it is being requested by learned counsel for the petitioner that the present application may be disposed off as withdrawn therefore the application is hereby disposed off accordingly.
4. Since there is some amount available in the bank account of this court relating to the security deposit of the petitioner as such the same is directed to be disbursed by issuance of the cheque in the name of the petitioner after verification from the Accounts Register at the responsibility of the Private Secretary of this court.
5. Parties are left to bear their own costs.
6. The file of this complaint is to be consigned to the record room duly page marked with proper index and after due completion and made available for issuance of attested copies and kept under safe custody till the period fixed for destruction in accordance with the Rules & Orders of Honourable Lahore High Court.
